From July 9-16 T-648 will have the great fortune to spend the week at Mataguay Scout Ranch up in the hills outside of San Diego, CA. I will be presenting much more specific information about this year’s forthcoming summer camp experience at the parent meeting on 2/15/11.
In the interim, we need to begin making payments to San Diego-Imperial Council to cover the cost of camp, which is $400. This can be paid to the Troop in (4) payments of $100. This is the payment schedule for camp:
$100 Deposit – Due ASAP
$100 Payment 2 – Due 3/1/11
$100 Payment 3 – Due 3/29/11
$100 Payment 4 – Due 4/26/11
Payments can be paid by cash or check (make out to Troop 648) OR pay out of your scout account.
Note: We want for everyone in the Troop to come to Summer Camp; this is a key part of the scouting experience. If cost is an issue, please see me and we can discuss fundraising or other opportunities.
