Good evening Scouts, Leaders and Parents,
As a reminder Jamb-o-Rama is scheduled for the 10th of next month.  As I mentioned at the last meeting, this is an event that we should attend as a group. I will speak more about organizing travel arrangements at the next meeting.  I spoke briefly about ticket sales for the event at the last meeting.  The  council has had problems printing the tickets and they are finally available.   I have secured a few store slots, as  previously mentioned, and will cover it once again at the next meeting.
Mr. Butler will offer a Summer Camp Merit Badge selection lecture at 6:00pm, prior to the next meeting. Â It is an opportunity for parents to become informed about the merit badges that are offered and what advancement is appropriate for your son. Â Please plan to attend.
Ryan Lara’s Eagle Court of Honor is scheduled for the 24th of next month. Â This is one of the most important events for the Troop. Â As I mentioned at the last meeting, unless there is a pressing matter I would expect all Scouts and families to attend. Â So, please join me in celebrating a milestone in the life of one of young men in our Troop.
We are scheduled for an outing on the 23rd of next month. Â I have proposed that we shorten the outing, rather than reschedule it. Â More news to follow on Tuesday evening.
Once again I would like to ask you to take the time to introduce yourself to Sam Frank. He is new to our Troop and has transferred in with the rank of Star.
